Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts

Every time I pass Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts on Miramar Parkway, I think about taking some classes there. Not an easy thing to do for me at this point in my life, but it's always been a dream of mine to have some formal training. And as much as I love Food Network and Iron Chef, it isn't quite enough.

So I decided to do some digging for you, and hopefully you'll cook me a nice meal one day after your graduation.

First, let me give you an address and a few phone numbers. You can trust me they keep saying "in Miami" because they want the name recognition of a big city, but they should totally be embracing the awesomeness of Miramar, Florida! Here is a map but it's just east of Red Road on Miramar Parkway, visible from the road.

Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami
3221 Enterprise Way
Miramar, FL 33025

Class Information: (888) 569-3222
En Espanol: (888) 914-1222
All Other Inquiries: (954) 628-4400

I picked some other info out for you. Like Success Stories from the College. The College offers Culinary Arts programs as well as those that revolve around Baking/Pastry skills and Restaurant Management. And of course, the tuition, where they stress that 80% receive financial assistance.

Now that you're interested and considering this school, let me show you an awesome video of one of the instructors carving up a watermelon into a swan (be happy to hear Miramar's Mayor Lori Moseley do a 30 second intro). And he has ALL of his fingers. Very entertaining!

Please let me know if you are a student or a graduate or have other info. I am happy to share it and would love to hear about you.
